Top Physician has not been accredited by any educational providers.

It is the responsibility of the student to research all the information presented through multiple resources and domains, external to Top Physician. A Basic Physician Trainee (BPT) is subject to The RACP curriculum - Top Physician cannot guarantee that course material will cover this curriculum in completeness (also see Affiliation below)

In some cases, videos have been embedded into the Top Physician course. Occasionally, videos from pharmaceutical companies have been used. Top Physician holds no affiliation with any pharmaceutical company. There are no endorsements for products. These videos have been selected purely for their educational components.
6. Memberships
6.1 Annual Membership
An annual membership entitles the student to receive twelve (12) months access to the entire Top Physician course content. At the end of the twelve-month period, the membership will be suspended. Users can register for an additional annual membership at the retail cost of the course.
6.2 Monthly Membership
A monthly membership entitles the student to receive one month access to the entire Top Physician course content, excluding the formal practice examinations. One month is represented by the same calendar day in the following month (for example, 12th April to 12th May inclusive). Top Physician will automatically deduct each month membership cost from the credit card details provided unless otherwise indicated by the member 72 hours prior to the next due payment. Minimum 3-month period of membership is required prior to cancellation. There will be no refunds of monthly memberships.
6.3 Single Access
The creation of a Top Physician membership allows access to the course content to one individual person only. The login details must not be shared with other individuals. In the case of multiple individuals accessing a single membership, all individuals will be subject to penalties by law
6.4 Money Back Guarantee
In the event of a student wishing to cancel their membership within the first seven days of membership creation, Top Physician will refund 100% of the paid amount subject to the student not having completed a significant proportion of the lessons (greater than 15 lessons) and/or practice MCQs (greater than 5 practice MCQ exams) and thus having deemed to have received appropriate education. This money back guarantee is only available for subscriptions with annual memberships who fulfil the above criteria for content access and have a legitimate reason for cancellation of their membership. Refunds will not be processed for people who have accessed more than 15 lessons and/or 5 practice MCQ exams, as this pre-defined cut off allows members to adequately peruse the website and content prior to requesting a refund.
7. Personal Information

All information regarding each user will be kept confidential within the Top Physician administration portal. Information will not be provided to external parties without agreement from the individual
7.2 Purchasing External Courses
In some circumstances, Top Physician may allow students to purchase courses from external organisations or websites. In this circumstance, some personal details may be transferred to such external organisations to assist with registration (as an exemption to 7.1)
