In some cases, videos have been embedded into the Top Physician course. Occasionally, videos from pharmaceutical companies have been used. Top Physician holds no affiliation with any pharmaceutical company. There are no endorsements for products. These videos have been selected purely for their educational components.
An annual membership entitles the student to receive twelve (12) months access to the entire Top Physician course content. Annual memberships do not automatically renew. At the end of the twelve-month period, access will be suspended. Users can register for an additional annual membership at the retail cost of the course.
A monthly membership entitles the student to receive one month access to the entire Top Physician course content, including access to any formal practice examinations scheduled during the membership period. Top Physician will automatically deduct an additional monthly membership from the debit or credit card used by the student. A minimum of three (3) monthly payments is required before a student may cancel their monthly membership. After three monthly payments have been completed, the student may cancel their membership at any time prior to the next due payment via the profile page. There will be no refunds of monthly memberships.
The creation of a Top Physician membership allows access to the course content to one individual person only. The login details must not be shared with other individuals. Accounts found to be accessed by multiple individuals will be subject to immediate cancellation.
In the event of a student wishing to cancel their membership within the first seven days of membership creation, Top Physician will refund 100% of the paid amount subject to the student not having completed a significant proportion of the lessons (greater than 15 lessons) or practice MCQs (greater than 5 practice MCQ exams) and thus having been deemed to have received appropriate education. This money back guarantee is only available for the annual membership plan. Students who have completed more than 15 lessons or 5 practice MCQ exams prior to cancellation within the first seven days from the commencement of the annual membership will not be eligible for a refund. This also applies to students who first enrol in a monthly membership period and then progress to an annual membership. This pre-defined cut-off allows members to adequately review the website and content prior to requesting a refund. We collect personal information (such as your name and email address) solely for the purposes of managing your membership and providing access to course content.
